The Handlingssystem ATH 15U is designed
for the handling and contacting of axial or radial components
in Tape.
Available are different Transportsystems for taped axial or radial components. For other Tapesystem on request.
The Transportsystem
can be equipped with aircylinder or
solenoid driven contacts, or slip-contacts. Up to 2
contact-sets are possible, for tests with recovery time in between. Cutter
station for axial components up to 1.5mm
lead diameter and marking stations are optional.
The "FAIL"-parts can be cutted out from the tape with the switchable cutter
on bothe sides and the cutted component will fall into a box.
As an Option available are:
Markingstation, color inkmarking station, solenoid-contact-station,
slip-contacts, amopack-(fan
fold)-Option and Bowlfeeding-Option.
Because the systems are designed and manufactured in Germany at ALPHA-TEST GmbH, all systems can be customized easily. Please ask for your personal solution.
With slip-contacts in the 5mm (0.2") step-rate and
0-testtime, the system is reaching a throughput of up to 50,000 parts per hour.
The fast forward/rewind speed is ca. 66,000 parts per hour.
Steps: 5mm (0.2") and 10mm (0.4")
switchable, others on request.
Re-test at Kelvin-Fail, in Baseunit as standard.
Tapewidth adjustable in the range of 50mm (2") to 110mm (4.2").
Component diameters max. 18mm (0.7"). (Other diameters on request).
Tester-Interface-Signals normally 24V, other voltages on request.
