ATH-500G: Only for taped components. Already prepared for axial and radial tape transport set.
ATH-500GL: For taped and loose components. Already prepared for tape, stick and bowlfeeder operation. High temperature up to 155 centigrade possible.
The ATH-500 is completely controlled by a ĩP-Controller (PC based controller in preparation). Programmable are: re-test, random generator, random generator for high temperature, counters, interface-signals, and others.
Tapetransport axial: Necessary to handle taped axial components from tape to tape. Itīs mounted over quick locking devices at the Frontplate of the ATH-500G or ATH-500-GL. The standard version includes a contact-station with drag-contacts and a cutter-station.
Tapetransport radial: Necessary to handle taped radial components from tape to tape. Itīs mounted over quick locking devices at the Frontplate of the ATH-500GL. The normal version includes the transport with cutter and contact-station, which is prepared for the necessary contact head.
Bulkloader: Conversion-kits for SOT-23, SOT-89, SOT 223, TO-92, TO-220, TO-202, TO-126, TO-3, and many others are available. The conversion-kit consists of a bowl with the suitable linearguide and the sortstation. Sortstations for loose and stick output are available.
Stickloader: Conversion-kits for SOT-23, SOT-89, SOT 223, TO-92, TO-220, TO-202, TO-126, TO-3P, 150 MIL, 300 MIL and many others are available. It consists of a stickloader, a suitable linearguide and the sortstation. Sortstations for loose and stick output are available.
Contact Heads: Available for most components.
Component-Marker: Available on request.
