The ATH-50S is completely controlled by a µP-Controller.
Programmable are: re-test, random generator, Pass/Fail counters, interface-signals.
The contactor is equipped with 3 contacts for 5 (0.2"") and 10mm (0.4"") spacing. Other spacings and contactors as an option.
The interface signals are:
SOT = Start of Test, this signal will be generated from the handler after the electrical contact to the "device under test" have taken place. It tells the tester, it can start the test procedure. Voltage 5-24V, negative and positive active signal is possible.
EOT = End of Test, this signal will be awaited from the tester, to tell the handler, the testprocedure is ended and the handler can transport the next component to the contactors. Voltage 5-24V, negative and positive active signal is possible.
PASS = PASS signal. The tester delivers the handler the information, that the tested component is PASS. So the handler will count it as a PASS-component and sort it to PASS. Voltage 5-24V, negative and positive active signal is possible.
FAIL = FAIL signal. The tester delivers the handler the information, that the tested component is FAIL. So the handler will count it as a FAIL-component and will sort it to FAIL. Voltage 5-24V, negative and positive active signal is possible.
Contactors: Available for most components.
Stickloader for 5 Sticks on the input: Available on request.
Sorter for 2 Sorts into sticks: Available on request.

Component-Marker: Available on request.
Air pressure: 4 - 6 Bar.
