The Labeling Option, for ATH-7000 Handlers!
ATH-7LO in Label Pickup Position 
The Labeler-Option ATH-7LO series is designed for the automatic handling sytems of Type ATH-7000. It will glue taped labels on to the Top of the first Chip of "GOOD" -Memory-Modules, which come out of the contact-block of the ATH-7000Series-Handler.
The labels will be delivered to the ATH-7LO on a preprinted tape, which will be delivered from a standard Label-Printer. The Label-Printer is not included in the standard ATH-7LO, but can be delivered as an Option.
The ATH-7LO fits at the end of the modified output of a standard ATH-7000 Handler. Or at the upper position in the Trayloader. The labels will be provided from the right side of the Handler. The module will be stopped in the labeling position. At Trayloader Handlers, the labelingposition is the upper position in the Trayloader. In this Handler, the module will be hold from the grabber during the labeling process. A Vacuum-Manipulator will pick up the label from the spender of the tape, turns it into the right direction to the first chip of the module and glue it on top of the first chip of the module. There is no need to convert the ATH-7LO between different module types, as long as the position of the label will be the same. The position of the label can be adjusted manually in x and y direction. Different label sizes can be done by converting the Vacuum-Manipulator. There is also the possibility to glue the label in horizontal or vertical way. This is switchable by an electrical switch at the labeling unit and is done by a cylinder internally in the labeling unit. The labeling will be done during the test of the next module, so no additional time will be used.
So it is a very costeffective and laborsave option for automatic test and label memory modules.
Together with the Trayloader, the modules can automatically tested, sorted labeled and packed, without human errors in a safe and costeffective way.
The troughput is: 1 Label every 2 Seconds.
