LOW COST Memory-Card-Labeler
Series ATL-9100
Designed to speed up memory-card manufacturing,
the ATL-9100 series consists of low cost automatic labeller, built to provide
manufacturers, whole sellers, retailers and system integrators a very cost-effective
method of automatically labeling memory cards and similars in a fast, reliable and safe
manner.
Intended with high-volume manufacturing in mind, the labeler ATL-9101 to ATL-9105
holds a staple of up to 100 parts in the vertical staple-magazine.
The parts will be singulated smoothly and transported to the label site over a transport
tape!
At the label site, the cards will be clamped, to get it to the right position. With the
labeler mounted there, the module will be labeled with a label coming out of the
integrated label printer.The position of the lable is easy adjustable in x- and
y-direction.
The series ATL-9101 to ATL-9105, is available as
a dedicated version for Compact
Flash-cards,
MMC-Cards,
MMC-Micro, MMC-Mobile, SD-cards,
Mini-SD-Cards, Micro-SD, Mini-MMC, Memory-Sticks,
Mini-Memory Sticks, Memory-Sticks PRO-Duo, XD-Cards,
USB-Sticks, Flash-Drive smartmedia-cards, and other
memory-cards, but it is also available as convertible model with the different conversion
kits.

Option ATL-SMO,
Staple-Magazine at the Output. The labelled cards will be stapled
in order as they leave the machine. The staple will be 20pcs. There are
two magazines which can be filled. During filling of the first, the other
one can be unloaded. And vice versa.
The highlight of this labeler is the fast, easy and very safe, smooth transport, and the precise
and safe labeling procedure, of the parts.
The entire process is 100% automated and almost
hands-free. The labeler provides labor saving labeling where operator errors are
completely eliminated.
The handlingstime is approximately 2 seconds per part. So the index time = handlingstime +
labelingstime = 2 seconds.
The ATL-910X series, can also
ordered with an integrated labelprinter. The label will be picked up directly from the
printer and will be sticked on the label. The PC for the controlling of the printer is not
included. But can be ordered as an option.
NEW! System
can be equipped now with a Tampon-Printer. So direct printing on the
surface, in 1-, 2-, and 4-color is possible.

Labels needed and direct printing is not easy to remove and to copy.
