Designed to speed up memory manufacturing, the ATL-98XX
series consists of automatic label-systems, built to provide memory
card
manufacturers, whole sellers, retailers and system integrators a very cost-effective
method of automatically labelling memory cards like CF,
MM, MM+, SD, XD and others, in a fast, reliable and safe manner.
The standard system
ATL-9804
will allow to serve a magazine from the left side,

during the second one will
be in use for labelling.

After the work is finished, the tray will be
transported to the pick-up site and can be picked up from the user.

Intended with high-volume manufacturing in mind, the labeller
ATL-9814
holds a staple of up to 20 plastic trays
with modules in the vertical staple-magazine.
The Trays will be singulated smoothly
and transported to the label site over a linear transport!
After completion of the labelling, the Tray will go down
and the next one will be transported into the labelsite.
At the label site, the Tray will be clamped, to get it to the right position. With the
labeller mounted there, the card will be labeled with a label coming out of the
integrated label printer.The position of the lable is easy adjustable in x- and
y-direction.
Available are also
different conversion
kits for the different trays, please ask.
The highlight of this labeller is the fast, easy and very safe, smooth transport, and the precise
and safe labeling procedure, of the parts.
The entire process is 100% automated and almost
hands-free. The labeler provides labor saving labelling where operator errors are
completely eliminated.
The handlingstime is approximately 2-6 seconds per
label. Depending on labeltype,
labelsize, Traytype and Traveldistance from Nest to Nest. So the index time = handlingstime
+ labelingstime = 4-8 seconds.
As
ATL-9804, the
labelling system comes
with an integrated labelprinter. The label will be picked up directly from the printer and
will be sticked on the module. The PC for the controling of the printer is not included.
But can be ordered as an option.
