ATL-99XX
Designed to speed up memory manufacturing, the ATL-99XX
series consists of automatic label-systems, built to provide memory module
manufacturers, whole sellers, retailers and system integrators a very cost-effective
method of automatically labelling memory modules in a fast, reliable and safe manner.
Intended with high-volume manufacturing in mind, the labeller ATL-99XX
holds a staple of up to 20 plastic trays
with modules in the vertical staple-magazine.
The modules will be singulated smoothly by a pick & place system and transported to the label site over a
linear transport!
At the label site, the modules will be clamped, to get it to the right position. With the
labelling station mounted there, the module will be labeled with a label coming out of the
integrated label printer.The position of the lable is easy adjustable in x- and
y-direction.
The unit can
also be used to work with a staple magazine as Input and a Box as Output
to get the modules loose. There are conversion kits for SDRAM-DIMM, DDR,
DDR2, RAMBUS and SODIMM available. Available are also the conversion
kits for flash-cards, multimedia-cards, SD-cards, XD-Cards, smartmedia-cards, and
other memory-cards.
The highlight of this labeller is the fast, easy and very safe, smooth transport, and the precise
and safe labeling procedure, of the module.
The entire process is 100% automated and almost
hands-free. The labeler provides labor saving labelling where operator errors are
completely eliminated.
The handlingstime is approximately 2-4 seconds per module. So the index time = handlingstime
+ labelingstime = 4-6 seconds. The
troughput is up to approximately 600 to 1200 modules per hour. Depending
on modules, labels and printer used.
As ATL-9904, the
labelling system comes
with an integrated labelprinter. The label will be picked up directly from the printer and
will be sticked on the module. The PC for the controling of the printer is not included.
But can be ordered as an option.
