Tests for apprentices and dual students - over 600 professions
Our toolbox for apprentices and dual students contains everything you need to select your apprentices: Starting with math, English and German tests, to personality tests and intelligence tests. We compile the procedures into a test battery that both enables you to make a selection in the run-up to an interview and provides a well-founded supplement to the interview. A test battery usually includes performance tests, subject tests and personality tests.

Field-tested and highly available
You can choose from our proven tests or compile individual test batteries. We have already developed requirement profiles for more than 600 occupations, selected suitable test modules and combined them into standard offers.
Performance tests
Here you record basic competencies that are not covered by school grades. These include IQ tests, tests of planning ability, spatial awareness, logical thinking, concentration tests and numerous other procedures. You can also use our German, math and English tests to ensure that your applicants' skills are comparable.
Subject tests
On the one hand, the German and math tests cover basic skills for a successful apprenticeship, while on the other hand, our subject tests offer the opportunity to assess industry-specific knowledge. These include, for example, chemistry, physics, technology, information technology and commercial understanding.
Personality test
Our selection test is based on the life experience of young people and, in addition to the familiar BIG FIVE traits (openness, diligence, extraversion, emotional stability and agreeableness), covers other dimensions required for successful training.
