ALPHA-TEST at the BVMW and Thuringia International event
November 2024
We are aware of the sensitivity of the topic of data protection and apply the greatest care and highest security standards to protect your applicants' personal data from unauthorized access. The processing of personal data in the course of our testing activities is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Before you as a customer can use our tests, we conclude an agreement on commissioned data processing. We will be happy to send you this document upon request.
All data is collected and stored in encrypted form. The data is automatically archived in a backup system so that it can be restored in the event of an accident. The data is deleted after one year by an automatic deletion function. If longer or shorter intervals have been agreed with you, the deletion will take place as agreed.
Applicants are informed about who collects the data and on whose behalf. They are informed of their rights, in particular the right to "delete data".
Please note that test protection is also part of data protection. If tests are used for questions on which a decision depends, the items of the tests should not be made public, as otherwise results may not be usable. Professional test procedures are subject to controlled distribution conditions that provide a certain level of protection. We therefore sell our tests only to corporate customers and not to private individuals. Therefore, we cannot disclose the test questions. They are regularly updated by us and are only ever valid in the overall evaluation and not as individual answers.
